Mediated Modeling Partners would first help you evaluate whether a "mediated modeling" process would fit
your needs, or make recommendations for more appropriate tools. We can do this through an interactive
presentation in a meeting with you.
Once a project begins, the typical steps are:
- Clarify the goals of the project.
- Help identify and select the participants.
- Conduct introductory interviews with all participants before the first meeting.
- Construct a preliminary, example model.
- Organize and facilitate a series of modeling workshops with participants. Typically there are
between 4 to 20 workshop days in a process spread out over a time frame from a few days to years.
- Follow up with a final model, exit interview, and supportive reports.
- Conduct a tutorial.
- Assist with implementation.
A short version of the mediated modeling process can be used to conduct, integrate, and summarize
annual meetings, for example for research consortia or industry. A long version of the mediated
modeling process can be used to develop, support, and summarize an integrated program.
Please Contact Us to discuss the challenge you are facing and find out how
we might assist you.
